No it doesn't. But if you gave it tons of improvement in a stat, it may raise a grade level. But after reincarnation, all stats revert to 1.

I'm kinda new to the Chao care, but when a Chao "dies" and reincarnates, does it keep it's stats? Because I spent forever raising my little Darkly's Run to leve 76, I don't wanna have to go through all that again.

for a devil chaos chao do i make it a dark chao first in his third life or do i make sure its more on the dark side
